MARTELL VSOP BE - CURIOUS PARTY KILLS THE NIGHT

Friday 10th March 2017 saw a gathering of nightlife enthusiast, Martell cognac fans and media contributors in their numbers to witness and experience the maiden edition of the MARTELL BE-CURIOIUS PARTY, which was channelled through the launch of the brands VSOP Cognac. The launch which took place at Plot 7 nightclub, one of the city’s top nightlife destinations was surely an experience to remember. From a creatively thought out set up down to a sip of cognac that really does live up to its name. The tradition of excellence that begun by Jean Martell in 1715 is upheld and witnessed today in their blends and imitable sensory style. Elegant and complex, Martell Cognac stands out for distinctive balance of old tradition and modernity. The cognac is a specific blend of brandy produced in the town of cognac, France. The 5year plus blend has a woody note, golden amber appearance and finishes with a brisk of pepper spice with white ash fade and rests in a bold bottle that bears a golden medallion engraved with the family logo of Louis XIV, 1715 the year Martell was founded.

A particularly interesting aspect of the event was the set up. The launch which started promptly at 10pm was setup to fit the style sense of the brand. It included a lighted walkway and screens at vantage points inside the venue that showcased the beauty of the various Martell brands in grand style. This in fact was an outstanding promotional strategy on the part of the organisers. This not only added up to the simply set contemporary décor of the venue Plot 7, but also enlightened the crowd on the cognac brand Martell. Hosted by YFM’s very own French Kiss DJ and MC Shorla Versace, it was graced by some of Ghana’s media familiars such as Elikem The Taylor, A. J Sarpong – GH One TV, George Britton – gerogebritton.com, Lexis Bill – Joy FM alongside a number of bloggers and photographers who came to satisfy their curiosity in which case wasn’t a disappointment for the excitement built up in the past few weeks in anticipation of the event.

DJ’s Crakk - Plot 7 and French Kiss – YFM/FK Media, spun from radio favourites to club hits of various genres and gave the crowd an amazing musical experience. The launch of Martell VSOP and maiden edition of Be-Curious party satisfied our curiosity the best way possible. From the choice of venue to the music to ambiance, the organisers of the event really did impress and will have none but themselves to outdo for the next event. The Martell VSOP Be-Curious Party promised an exciting experience and they delivered!
