Safaree wants Nicki back; but for business!

 Barely a month after Nicki Minaj officially announced her breakup from Meek Mill, the award winning female rapper's old lover Lloyd Samuels popularly known as Safaree has publicly reached out to Nicki. However, the now Love & Hip Hop star has more explanation for what he’d like from a relationship with his former lover.

Speaking to Power 105.1’s  DJ Self and Jason Leeon in an interview on Hollywood Unlocked yesterday, Safaree made his intentions clear when he was asked if he wanted Nicki back.

“Not in the light of bringing it back to what it was, but just on the work tip, I think the culture needs that,” he said.

He added that he had no hard feelings towards the Queens rapper even as he threatened to sue her for unpaid royalties.




“I’m a loving guy,” he continued. “I have love for everybody. There’s not a hateful bone in me, no matter what anyone has done, unless they killed my mom or something like that, but other than that, I love everybody.”

Safaree further revealed that he still wasn't up on Nicki’s social media as they had both blocked each other, and confirmed people were asking if they would be getting back in touch.

“If i would get a dollar every time somebody said that to me, I would have a billion dollars this week,” he said.

In regards to rumours surrounding taking Meek Mill to the boxing ring, Safaree was more than ready to answer who would win in a three-round bout. The Philly rapper claimed in an Instagram video that he’d fight Drake with Nicki as the ring girl. Safaree commented on the post “Drake don’t got time but I do.”. Well, we are looking forward to seeing Nicki and Safaree on a track!
