WATER THERAPY; HOW TO TREAT COMMON DISEASES WITH JUST WATER

Water is the commonest matter in the entire world! its covers 71% of the earth's surface and therefore is not a difficult commodity to come by. Life undoubtedly depends on water because our lives as human beings depend on water.All over the world, people use water or different purposes; people cook with it, bath with is, swim in it for fun, use it as a base for different liquid mixture including food drinks, chemicals as well as medicine, but did you know that water itself is a medicine? yes, water heals a lot of diseases.

Let me introduce you to water therapy; the conscious medicinal use of water. scientific research  has proven that drinking water first thing in the morning does detoxify the human system, reduce chances of many diseases and ultimately cure some diseases.  Apparently, for old and serious diseases, as well as modern illnesses, the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases: Headache, constipation ,body ache, heart system, vomiting ,arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, , gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, , all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.

The human body requires at least  eight 8-ounce glasses of water  which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon per day as recommended by health societies, therefore throughout the day, once an individual feels thirsty, water must be taken. This is the basic rule to prevent dehydration due to the fact that the body constantly looses water through sweat etc. Water therapy unlike just taking water when one feels like has a systematic lay out by which the therapy works. Below are the steps systematically stated.






STEP 1 :  Soon as  you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 640 ml (21.6 oz) of water; The water must not contain fluoride. The amount of water take shouldn't exceed the stated quantity, because drinking too much water is and can be dangerous to your health. The opposite of dehydration is a condition known as hyponatremia  which means "low sodium" and is sometimes referred to as water intoxication. 

Excessive water intake stresses the kidney and reduces the level of sodium ( one of body electrolytes) in the human system. This leads to water entering the brain causing a brain swell. It also raptures the cells due to its extra pressure.
What this means is, we hit the danger zone when we take in more water than what our kidneys can process in a hour.
STEP 2:  Brush and clean the mouth and wait for 45 minutes before you eat anything.
STEP 3:    At this point you can eat your breakfast.
STEP 4:   After breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything till after 30 minutes.
STEP 5: Drink the same amount of water you took when you woke up right before you sleep.

The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/ reduce some common diseases: 
1. High Blood Pressure - 30 days 
2. Gastric diseases - 10 days
3. Diabetes - 30 days
4. Constipation - 10 days

 This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of  treatment you may have to urinate a few times, it's is advised that we make this therapy a part of our lives to ensure that we stay healthy at the lowest cost.
